Milano UV Hybrid Printer Series
The Milano is a hybrid UV Curable Flatbed printer that prints on rigid substrates as well as roll-to-roll on eco-friendly fabrics, polyester as well as vinyl & banner material. In just minutes you can switch from flatbed printing of rigid materials to roll to roll printing of flexible media. Simply detach and roll away the two folding flat bed tables.
Precision Engineered in Italy
The Milano is a third generation printer that has been sold in Europe for a number of years. It incorporates the latest technologies and design improvements. Featuring 16 Spectra 128s Piezo inkjet drop on demand print heads (4 x CMYK), the Milano prints at a top speed in draft mode of 431 sq ft/hr. Produce outstanding image quality at print resolutions up to 800 dpi.
Precision Media Handling Components
The system features precision media handling components that ensure outstanding image quality and rich saturated colors on a variety of substrates. Media is held in position and advanced with a Tension Color System – ipnch rollers tension operated with compressed air. The Vacuum Work Table with variable suction control holds the media flat during printing to ensure flawless results.
Precise, yet robust, the system can handle a maximum panel weight of 3.67 lbs per sq/ft (or 220lbs total) at a thickness of up to 1.18”.
High Capacity Bulk Ink System
Designed specifically to meet the demands of high-volume shops, the system supports long production runs and lower production costs. The intelligent ink monitoring system monitors the status and temperatures of each of the 2.5 Liter ink reservoirs. The ink reservoirs are refillable on-the-fly to eliminate production down time.
Friendly User Interface
Supplied with the printer is an on-board computer and LCD display. This serves as a spooler for RIP’ed files as well as a convenient way to monitor printer status and control operations. The system software is LCD touch-screen ready should you wish to add this option.
Triangle MXP Flexible UV Curable Inks
Triangle invested over three years of research and development in designing the MXP UV curable inks. This ultraviolet light-resistant pigmented ink features increased adhesion and flexibility making it suitable for printing on rigid as well as flexible substrates.

Triangle MXP UV Curable Inks & Cleaning Fluids
This ultraviolet light resistant pigmented ink features increased adhesion and flexibility making it suitable for printing on rigid as well as flexible substrates. Triangle’s three year investment in research and development on their UV curable line of products has proven that it is a convincingly better than other products on the market. Increased adhesion is another benefit to Triangle’s MXP ink series. This ink is manufactured under strict quality controls. Pigment particle size is sub-micron and color is computer-controlled for consistent batch-to-batch uniformity.

Bond Aid™ I
Improves adhesion of UV ink on metal, glass and tile. It is formulated to act as a general cleanser for substrates prior to printing. Because this is an alcohol based product, simply wipe the substrates prior to printing to remove dirt and other foreign particles from the substrate. Bond Aid I has special additives to reduce static electricity on the surface, reducing ink drop deflection and the attraction of new particles to the substrate during printing.

Bond Aid™ II
Improves adhesion of UV ink on common plastic substrates such as Acrylic, Lexan™, and Styrene™.Bond Aid II will not improve adhesion on HDPE/molded plastic. It is formulated to act as a general cleanser for substrates prior to printing .Being an alcohol based product, simply wipe the substrates prior to printing to remove dirt and other foreign particles from the substrate.
